Partners, Supporters & Grant Funding

As a Community Interest Company (CIC) our assets are locked for later use by The Arctic One Foundation (Registered Charity 1149536). Arctic One believes that sport should be accessible to all and aims to provide people, groups and clubs with disabilities the opportunity to get involved in sport and become more active. The charity, which is entirely run by volunteers, mainly achieves this through their events and their “Forward Motion” grant system. We are honoured to partner with Arctic One to deliver training days which give people the opportunity to become more active. 100% of donations and fundraising that Arctic One receive are given to people who need it.

Over the years we have developed strong working relationships with a wide range of local organisations for the delivery of Sport, Fitness and Rehabilitation. Notably: Pacesetter Events, Anglian Water and Rocket Science Sports UK for open water swimming. Active Rutland, Active Together and the Rutland Primary Care Network (PCN) for Exercise Referral and Rehabilitation and The Lodge Trust CEO and Matt Hampson Foundation for pool share. We also get great support from Printwear UK for all our uniform, and from Copthill Independent School, sharing fun sports initiatives and even making decorations for our Rainbow Trail!

We are lucky to be supported by a wide variety of Local and National funding bodies, which currently include: The National Lottery Community Fund, Parkinson's UK, The Arnold Clark Community Fund, The SLUGS (South Luffenham Golf Society), Active Rutland, Active Together and the LLR Rocket Launch Fund. We have also historically received support from the AVIVA Community Fund, The Community Heartbeat Trust, The GALAXY Hot Chocolate Fund, Rutland Lions, and Sport England as well as several private individuals. All of our grant awards support our not-for-profit exercise and rehabilitation services.
